TechFylo provides digital services including WhatsApp automation setup, AI-powered patient communication systems, appointment reminder automation, follow-up automation, and related support services.

As our services involve digital products, software configuration, implementation, and onboarding, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.


2. Refund Policy

Service Setup & Implementation Fees

Once a project has been initiated, configured, or delivered, setup and implementation fees are generally non-refundable.

This includes:

  • AI Chatbot Configuration
  • Clinic Workflow Customization
  • Integration Services
  • Onboarding & Training

Subscription Fees

Monthly or recurring subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

Clients will continue to have access to services until the end of the active billing period.


Exceptional Cases

Refund requests may be considered if:

  • A duplicate payment was made.
  • The service could not be delivered due to a verified issue caused solely by TechFylo.
  • A billing error occurred.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

Upon cancellation:

  • Future recurring charges will stop.
  • Existing payments already made will not be refunded.
  • Access to services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Trial Services

If a free trial or demo is offered, no payment is required during the trial period unless otherwise stated.

No refund applies to free trial services.


5. Service Suspension

TechFylo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misuse of the platform
  • Non-payment of fees

Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Certain services may involve third-party providers such as:

  • WhatsApp Business Platform
  • Cloud Hosting Services
  • API Providers
  • SMS or Communication Platforms

Any fees paid directly to third-party providers are subject to their respective refund policies and are not controlled by TechFylo.

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
